Items in Yojimbo
You can store almost anything in Yojimbo: Text and Styled Text (Notes); Bookmarks and Web Archives (a web page and its images in a self-contained package); PDFs; Serial Numbers; and Passwords. Plus, encrypt sensitive items for extra security.

Only a few of the columns in the Item List are displayed by default. Here’s a complete list:
The Note itself has been temporarily decrypted using “View”.
Yojimbo is so incredibly flexible, everyone will have different information in Yojimbo. Here are some of the things you can store:
Use Yojimbo’s Inspector to see more details about a particular item. Like other Mac OS X inspectors, you can make changes in the Inspector as well.

This Note has a custom Label and is Flagged (one of Yojimbo’s Smart Collections is “Flagged Items”).
Yojimbo also searches Items’ Comments, so you can put even more information in it to help you find your items or just provide more information.

This Password item should not be lost.
Custom Collections are simply a convenient way to create your own categories for filing things. You can put an item into as many collections as you like by dropping the item on a Collection or dropping a Collection into the Inspector (see below).

This Note is in the Collections “Pirates” and “Terrible Jokes” because it’s a terrible pirate joke. Arrrrr.
